This exciting finance opportunity is designed to support Mass Markets’ capital prioritization and provide Business Unit (BU) CFO support, with a focus on product development, product experience, and operational improvements. As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and recommending new product ideas through business case development, ensuring their alignment with the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. Collaboration with product marketing, operations, and P&L owners is essential to maintain stakeholder alignment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Business Case Development:
Ideate and review business case concepts and their impact on financials.
Develop and/or review financial models, requiring a deep understanding of business drivers (KPIs) and rates that affect the P&L.
Create PxQ (Price x Quantity) Excel models.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate business case financials and mechanics to stakeholders in finance, marketing, and operations.
Educate non-finance partners on financial and business case basics.
Financial Analysis:
Gather, interpret, and evaluate financial information.
Analyze and interpret financial and other data.
Develop recommendations to achieve the organization’s financial objectives.
Determine the financial consequences of alternative methods, plans, and strategies.
Perform complex data modeling and financial analysis.
