This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered

Responsible for conducting and documenting complex financial analysis projects, works on problems of diverse scope including the analysis of financial reports, trend, and opportunities. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

Evaluates and makes recommendations relating to business opportunities, investments, financial regulations, and similar financial projects or programs. 

Gathers, interprets, and evaluates financial information. 

Responsible for the analysis and interpretation of financial and other data. Develops recommendations to achieve the organizations financial objectives. 

Determines financial consequences of alternative methods, plans and strategies. 

Evaluates financial performance including cost or budget administration. 

Performs complex data modeling and financial analysis. 

Job Contribution: Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in effective ways. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in- depth evaluation of variable factors. 

Education: Typically, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Experience: Typically requires 5-7 years’ experience. 

Supervisory: No.

Qualifications:
• Position located in Dallas, TX and will be required to be in the office 5 days per week
• Five or more years’ experience in financial modeling and financial forecasting
• Five or more years’ experience in accounting, financial data analysis, or financial reporting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communications and project management and leadership skills
• Experience with data manipulation (Advanced Excel, SQL etc.)
• Excellent desktop skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access)
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and presentation skills
• CFA/CPA/MBA in Finance desired

The successful candidate should have the following skills: 

• Strong Power BI/Visualization skill 
• Quantitative/Analytical Skills: ability leverage large amounts of data and apply quantitative methods including statistics in drawing inferences. 
• Financial Concepts: in-depth understanding of financial concepts including NPV, IRR, FCF, time value of money and economic concepts such as marginal cost, sunk cost and fixed cost. 
• Problem- Solving Skills: ability to connect the dots and get at the root cause.
• Communication Skills: deliver clear and concise written and oral presentations. Conclusions should be logical and supported by data.
• Collaboration/Team Player - engages team, business partners and other stakeholders – avoids surprises. 
• Culture Contributor: more interested in getting it right than being right. Celebrates team’s success and is a champion of Win As One.
• Persona/ Qualities: candidate should be intellectually curious, have strong career ambitions, passionate about creating value for the company, strives to understand the business, champions continuous improvements, embraces technology and is a continuous learner.

Our Lead Financial Analysis earn between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
