Overall purpose: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting, strategic planning, and data-driven recommendations to achieve and optimize organizational financial objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
-Wireless Segment P&L Reporting and Analysis – look at allocation drivers, rules, and methodologies in PDAI to ensure they reflect operational data.
-Working with CFO and PDAI teams to resolve anomalies in cost allocations for segments and LOB.
-Provide Segment CFOs with comprehensive employee commissions payments from Varicent each month.
-Deliver detailed analysis of employee commissions data to support financial planning and decision-making.
-Calculate monthly accrual balances and expenses to align with segment goals.
-Analyze variance to Budget, YOY and trends of EBITDA and indirect costs
-Ad Hoc profitability and EBITDA analysis
-Support FERIAS based PowerBI reporting
Principal Functional Skills/Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct sophisticated financial analysis.
- Embraces automation and drive reporting through available tools (PowerBI, AI) whenever possible.
- Detailed, results and deadline oriented.
- Advanced Excel skills including the ability to build and maintain financial models and perform financial analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective Presentation and PowerPoint skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to delve into a problem and understand root cause.
- Financial Reporting, Forecasting and Modeling.
- Knowledge of Financial and Accounting Systems/Tools [MR2020 / FDW / FERIAS].
- SQL / Access and Power BI a plus but not required.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
