We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Lead Digital Customer Growth Manager to elevate our Upper Funnel Engagement Strategy. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experiences by optimizing key digital touchpoints and refining end-to-end customer journeys.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership to drive measurable improvements in engagement and conversion. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth customer journey analyses, managing high-impact content, and continuously monitoring page performance to inform data-driven enhancements. This position plays a critical role in aligning digital initiatives with broader business objectives to accelerate growth and deliver exceptional customer value.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute strategies to optimize key web pages and drive upper-funnel engagement.
•Partner with Digital Product, SEO, Sales, and Product teams to align on growth initiatives.
•Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance digital journeys.
•Lead A/B and multivariate testing to validate and refine page performance.
•Support creation of SEO-optimized content that aligns with business goals.
•Track and report performance metrics, delivering actionable insights.
•Present progress and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Skills and Qualifications
•Experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce, or digital growth strategy.
•Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and data interpretation.
•Strategic mindset with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
•Knowledge of SEO, A/B testing, and content management best practices.
•Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
•Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
