Overall Purpose:The Lead Compliance Analyst is responsible for comprehensive risk identification, risk mitigation, and risk remediation. This position requires critical thinking and a deep understanding of business processes and goals to ensure comprehensive and holistic risk stratification.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Risk Identification:
Utilize critical thinking to identify potential risks across various business processes.
Develop a deep understanding of business goals to ensure thorough risk stratification.
Conduct regular assessments to identify new or evolving risks.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of compliance requirements, legal guidance, and business compliance implementation plans.
Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance activities and risk assessments.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business units and leadership to align compliance efforts with organizational objectives.
Provide expert guidance on compliance issues to various stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative environment to enhance compliance and risk management practices.

Serve as an experienced professional recognized as an expert in the field of compliance.
Creatively resolve complex issues using broad and in-depth knowledge.
Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
