We are seeking a proactive and strategic Lead Business Strategy Manager to support and drive initiatives that combine Agentic/Generative AI technologies with business operations. In this role, you will play a key part in evaluating AI use cases, implementing financial processes, managing governance, monitoring project delivery, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic programs. As a vital contributor to our team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business value and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Use Case Intake and Evaluation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to support the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of Agentic/Generative AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Assist in defining business requirements, expected outcomes, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
Conduct research on AI trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.
Finance Process Implementation:
Support the development and execution of financial processes for benefit forecasting, actuals tracking, and budget allocations related to AI and other strategic initiatives.
Partner with finance teams to create models for ROI analysis and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve resource utilization and budget adherence.
Governance and Escalations:
Assist in maintaining governance frameworks to ensure compliance, accountability, and ethical standards across AI initiatives.
Identify risks or challenges in projects and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Work with leadership and stakeholders to facilitate discussions and drive alignment on governance issues.
Project Delivery Monitoring:
Track the progress of AI-driven projects and other business initiatives, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and scope requirements.
Implement tools and processes to monitor key milestones and proactively address risks or delays.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to optimize delivery outcomes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
General Program Management:
Support the execution of strategic programs, contributing to program roadmaps, timelines, and communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
Foster collaboration across teams and drive accountability to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous enhancement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred but not required).
5+ years of experience in business strategy, program management, or a related role, ideally with exposure to emerging technologies (AI experience is a plus).
Understanding of financial processes, including benefit forecasting, budget management, and ROI analysis.
Experience working within governance frameworks and managing escalations effectively.
Familiarity with Agentic/Generative AI concepts and their potential applications in business environments.
Strong program and project management skills, with a focus on delivering cross-functional initiatives.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to AI technologies and their practical applications in enterprise settings.
Knowledge of ethical considerations and governance processes related to AI.
Proficiency in tools and platforms for AI program management and implementation.
