Role Overview:
The Lead, End-to-End Digital Performance will be responsible for enabling aligned campaign performance from offer strategy through digital purchase. Reporting into the Associate Director of End-to-End Performance, this role is responsible for day-to-day execution of campaign and offer plans, ensuring tactical alignment across product, content, and execution teams. This individual will track KPIs, optimize plan performance, and help connect tactical outcomes back to broader Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day execution of digital GTM initiatives across channels.
Translate campaign strategies into coordinated tactical plans.
Monitor performance KPIs and recommend optimizations.
Partners across product, content, and analytics teams to support alignment.
Maintain consistent delivery across digital customer journeys.
Qualifications:
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or GTM execution.
Experience working across cross-functional delivery teams.
Ability to synthesize data and make actionable recommendations.
Experience in telecom, digital media, or subscription models.
Familiarity with content and campaign performance tools.
