Overall Purpose
This role combines operational leadership as a trusted advisor to the Vice President of the Technology and Cloud Supply Chain organization with responsibility for enabling and driving the success of the Center of Excellence (CoE) and supporting technical sourcing teams.
The Director will empower technical sourcing teams by:
Establishing best-in-class practices
Providing strategic guidance
Driving initiatives across complex categories such as:
This ensures sourcing teams have the tools, data, and insights needed to deliver measurable savings and align with organizational goals.
In addition to leading the CoE, the Director will act as a key partner to the Vice President by:
Managing organizational priorities
Business planning
Resource allocation
Overseeing performance tracking, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives
These efforts will optimize operations and align the organization with its long-term strategic vision.
This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and transformational leadership to ensure the organization operates with efficiency, agility, and innovation.
Education
Preferred: Master’s degree in business or a related field
Experience
Typically requires at least ten years of experience

Compensation
Our Director-Technical Sourcing earns between $174,100 - $261,100 USD annually.
Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
