The Director of Supply Chain Planning & Logistics is responsible for all Reverse Logistics inventory planning and monetization activities. They lead a team of managers and vendors to:
Monetize all reverse product at AT&T, representing the only revenue center in supply chain. They use varying methods to liquidate mobile devices and network equipment representing over $1B in revenue per year.
Plan & procure over $1B in inventory utilized to fill insurance and warranty claims at AT&T. Work with OEMs and 3rd party providers to fulfill millions of device claims each year and ensuring lean inventory practices ensure customer satisfaction and SLAs stay high while minimizing a significant cash flow impact.
Ensure reutilization and refurbishment programs maximize the financials between #1 and #2.
Identify opportunities to maximize the value of every unit that comes back to AT&T.
We are looking for a Director level leader who is:
•Analytical: Strong analytical skills to maximize asset utilization and monetization across varying programs (revenue generators like auction or remanufacturing for re-use)
•Strategic: Strategic thinking and ability to learn from industry trends, identify processes to trial and whether they should be scaled without jeopardizing P&L
•Supply Chain, Mobility or Asset Monetization Experience:
•Inventory planning experience
•Knowledge of the mobility industry and device ecosystem
•Knowledge of copper reclamation and network asset monetization ecosystem
•Experience and knowledge to implement process changes
•Strong team leader and influencer: ability to drive productivity out of a large team and vendors
•Experience operating large scale programs: can manage P&L and billions in spend
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 10+ years of related experience.
Compensation: Our Director Supply Chain Planning/Logistics earns between $158,200 - $237,400 USD annually. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
