We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director - Technology to lead and inspire our delivery teams responsible for the Workday and ServiceNow platforms, specifically supporting HR functionalities (excluding Payroll). This leadership role involves oversight of supervisors leading teams of developers, configurators, testers, scrum masters, and product owners, ensuring seamless delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement of these critical HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional delivery teams including developers, configurators, testers, scrum masters, and product owners focused on Workday and ServiceNow platforms.
Drive the successful delivery of HR-related enhancements, configurations, and integrations on Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and other technology teams to prioritize and scope projects that enhance HR functionalities.
Oversee Agile delivery practices, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous process improvements.
Ensure high quality standards through rigorous testing, configuration management, and user acceptance processes.
Manage resource allocation, team performance, and professional development to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
Maintain strong governance, risk management, and compliance standards relevant to HR technology platforms.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience managing technology delivery teams in Workday and ServiceNow environments, particularly focused on HR modules (excluding Payroll).
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and team management, with experience leading scrum teams.
Deep understanding of Workday and ServiceNow platform capabilities, configurations, and integrations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business units.
Commitment to working on-site full-time at our Dallas office (5 days per week).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in HR technology strategy and transformation initiatives.
Certifications in Workday, ServiceNow, Agile, or related disciplines.
Background in enterprise-level HR systems delivery and support.

Our Director-Technology earn between $191,400 - $287,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
