Are you passionate about leveraging digital platforms to create seamless digital onboarding journeys from awareness to adoption to re-engagement? We are seeking an innovative Associate Director for Digital Adoption & Re-engagement to champion the growth of our digital platforms including the myAT&T app. This strategic leader will be accountable for driving repeat website visits, increasing app downloads, boosting monthly active users, and elevating digital engagement across all touchpoints. As a cross-functional partner, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to deliver measurable impact.
About the Marketing Digital Customer Growth Team: The Digital Customer Growth Team is AT&T’s marketing engine, responsible for driving sustainable growth by deeply understanding and championing our customers, captivating them with compelling products, services, and experiences, and building a culturally relevant and beloved brand. We pride ourselves in continuously striving to embody expertise, simplicity, and inspiration in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Traffic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive repeat visitors to our website through personalized experiences, targeted campaigns, and continuous optimization.
App Adoption: Lead initiatives to increase app downloads, working in partnership with Marketing and Product teams to design compelling value propositions and seamless onboarding journeys.
User Engagement: Drive monthly active user growth by implementing features, content, and engagement tactics that encourage frequent, meaningful digital interactions.
Cross-Channel Integration: Coordinate digital adoption efforts across web, mobile, and emerging platforms to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to digital adoption; identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the digital adoption subject matter expert, collaborating with internal teams to align on goals, share insights, and execute adoption initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of digital trends and best practices, championing a test-and-learn culture to drive ongoing growth and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent work experience will also be considered. (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital product management, or digital strategy roles, with a proven track record of driving digital adoption and engagement
Demonstrated expertise in web and app analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to executive leadership
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Our Assoc Director-Digital Customer Growth earn between $158,200 - $237,400 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
