Overall Purpose:
Manage the relationship with Channel Partners to drive Consumer Door-To-Door sales and revenue growth through sales advisement, coaching, training, and effective lead management. This role also involves optimizing sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Sales Advisement:

  • Reviews, analyzes, and tracks sales, customer experience, cancel and churn rates.
  • Collaborates with Channel Partners to implement strategies that address performance gaps and improve results.

Lead Management:

  • Oversee the allocation and distribution of sales leads to dealers within the designated territory.
  • Ensure leads are assigned promptly and accurately to appropriate dealers.
  • Continuously evaluate lead management processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Product Expertise:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Improve sales techniques through ongoing vendor training and tailored support for Channel Partners.

Sales Coaching and Training:

  • Conduct training sessions for internal and external customers, focusing on effective lead management techniques, Salesforce onboarding, Salesforce Mapping, NDS processes, and NDS Dealer Standards.
  • Oversee training, coaching, development, and performance management of AT&T sales processes provided to the vendor.

Seller Performance Review:

  • Evaluate vendor sales reps to ensure AT&T procedures are followed.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of dealers in the region for lead conversion rates, sales penetration, and sales productivity.

Sales Data Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data and lead performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize lead assignments and enhance sales strategies.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, National Account Managers (NAMs), ISD Account Executives, Master Dealers, Dealer Owners, and internal partners.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive mutual success.

Reporting:

  • Utilize and leverage NDS reports on lead assignment effectiveness, dealer performance, and sales outcomes.

Process Optimization:

  • Recommend and implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Job Contribution:
A mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to mid-size sales with direct on-going supervision. Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory. Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 2+ years of related sales experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of sales processes.

Earn between $52,400.00 - $94,300 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
