The Chief Security Office, a passionate and analytically driven M&A Specialist to execute the company’s strategy to identify, evaluate and mitigate risk. This role involves collaborating will cross-functional teams to assess and support all stages of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and support integration or separation planning.
About the Job:
Collaborate with technical CSO SMEs to address concerns and ways to protect the business.
Work with functional M&A leads across multiple business units to ensure AT&T security policy and standards are being followed based on deal type.
Assist in gathering identify access management data to ensure Least Privilege is being met.
Provide guidance on when policies are not able to be met. Assist in preparing memos, decks and other deal-related materials.
Coordinate and track efforts across team members and key stakeholders.
Lead or support due-diligence workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Support and maintain post-deal requirements with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security.
Requires 3-5 years of related experience.
Experience performing assessment work related to M&A.
Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with cybersecurity dynamics and key players.
Strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn new technologies. Experience or interest in cybersecurity, in areas such as security policy and security awareness.

Our Senior Cybersecurity , earns between $116,700.00-$175,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
