This position is responsible for creating and enforcing comprehensive SaaS security Policies and ensuring compliance to AT&T security policies (ASPS) while providing oversight and tactical analysis for risk assessment and mitigation plans for existing SaaS applications (Oracle/M365/GitHub/Confluent just to name a few).
Other Key duties include managing SaaS intake requests for onboarding request, addressing audit findings, and ensuring thorough reviews of SaaS security while also offering ongoing post-deployment support to maintain continued security and compliance.
Required Skills:
Technical Subject matter expert for SaaS security.
Must have a deep understanding of SaaS platforms (Oracle/M365/GitHub/Confluent and other high impact SaaS), with expertise in configuring, managing, and securing these applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking as well as for analyzing security data to detect potential threats.
Attention to detail is crucial for meticulously reviewing security policies and configurations to ensure compliance and identify vulnerabilities.
Additionally, candidate should possess excellent communication skills to articulate complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Familiar with NIST and Other Security Standards: In-depth knowledge of NIST cybersecurity frameworks and other relevant security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
Practical experience in managing and securing SaaS environments. Proficiency in configuring SaaS security settings and permissions.
Ability to conduct security assessments and audits within the SaaS platform.
BS Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or MIS: Advanced understanding of computer systems, networks, and security principles.
Continuous learning and professional development in cybersecurity.
Desired Skills:
Experienced in SaaS (Oracle/M365/GitHub/Confluent and other high impact SaaS platforms).
Security Audit experience: Experience conducting security audits and assessments to identify gaps and vulnerabilities.
Ability to prepare and present audit findings to stakeholders.
Understanding Integration Between Systems: Knowledge of how different SaaS applications and systems interact and integrate.
Ability to design and implement secure integration solutions.
Ensuring data integrity and security during data transfers between systems.
Proficiency in SaaS principles and best practices, Identity and access management (IAM) & encryption.

Our Principal Cybersecurity earns between $141,300-$211,900 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
