About the Job:
AT&T is seeking an experienced and innovative Information Security Manager to lead the strategy and execution of authentication and authorization processes for both workforce and customer identity management. This critical role will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure external and internal authentication systems to ensure seamless and protected access across all AT&T platforms and services. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing robust password policies, including complex requirements, to safeguard sensitive data and systems. Additionally, the role involves deploying and managing multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions to add layers of security for users and employees alike. A key focus will be leading the organization’s transition to password less authentication technologies, improving both security and user experience while aligning with industry’s best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in identity and access management (IAM), with a proven track record of building scalable and secure authentication architectures in large, complex environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and compliance, to integrate advanced authentication solutions and ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific requirements. Strong leadership skills are essential to guide a team of security professionals and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication abilities are also critical to articulate security strategies and drive adoption of new technologies across AT&T. Job Contribution:

Our Director-Cybersecurity, earns between $191,400-$287,200 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
