Overall Purpose: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Ensure efficient delivery processes and robust production support, with a strong emphasis on automation and industry best practices.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Design, Development, and Coding: Architect and implement software applications using various programming languages and modern development methodologies. Senior Software Engineers are hands-on in both designing and coding solutions.
Collaboration and Communication: Gather and analyze software requirements, provide accurate estimates, prepare detailed design specifications, and collaborate with engineers and architects to assess and validate system integrations.
Testing and Debugging: Develop and implement automated test plans, validate test environments and data, design and execute code fixes, and produce comprehensive reporting on results.
Maintenance and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and environment issues, ensuring continuous and reliable application performance.
Deployment: Facilitate and support the end-to-end software deployment process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
Job Contribution: As an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, you will apply organizational best practices to resolve moderately complex problems. You will exercise independent judgment on broad projects with minimal supervision, and may implement policy changes to improve operational efficiency. Your actions will impact cost, timelines, and client relationships, and you will interact primarily within the department as well as with General Managers and senior leaders across teams.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of related experience required. Certifications may be required for certain specialties.
Salary:
SK: base salary from 3 130 EUR gross/a month.
CZ: base salary from 91 400 CZK gross/a month.
