Working Hours: US shifts (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Mo-Fri)
Salary: from 2180 EUR/a month gross. The actual salary is based on skills, experience and knowledge.
Work Arrangements: 100% office based.
As Manager, your role involves managing a team of Sales Specialists, who are responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads to recruit new customers, in partnership with Solutions Providers in the Indirect Channel. The team will identify potential leads through outbound marketing via phone and email, targeted marketing campaigns, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Sales Specialists.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Set clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for each team member.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that aligns with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement sales strategies for the Indirect Channel
Analyze data, trends, and feedback to refine recruitment and engagement approaches.
Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure clear and effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
Act as the primary liaison between the recruiting team, Solution Providers, and the broader sales organization.
Would be required to use excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a complex and ever-changing environment.
Job Contribution:
Oversees the daily operations of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues. Typically leads occupational staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates. Supervisor: Yes
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience.
