JOB LOCATION: 20309 N Creek Pkwy, Bldg L, Bothell, WA 98011
DUTIES: Develop enterprise-wide integrated solutions and contribute to complex and innovative business solutions to achieve strategic objectives. Develop solutions to complex business and technical problems or issues of complex scope using advanced engineering and scientific principles. Design complex and highly scalable end to end solutions in a cloud native environment. Responsible for defining and managing specific programs related to probing and service assurance for the AT&T Mobility, USP, and others. Develop and manage detailed technology roadmap as it relates to service assurance for the AT&T Mobility network, USP, and others. Drive the requirements and schedule and execute probing software releases, lab regression, functional, and new feature certification. Coordinate with all relevant cross functional teams and ensure readiness for production introduction (FFA) and support. Share detailed test procedures, test environments, and test results obtained from the lab. Orchestrate testing and certification in the field and shadow other resources and direct them through test procedures initially developed in the lab. Support cloud native builds of network functions using opensource and AT&T proprietary technologies. Support platform migration of network functions including SGW-C(MEC), vACD/vACM, and WEA to AT&T network cloud and implement probing solutions for network functions. Develop automation testing procedures to meet deployment timelines. Develop and deliver technical presentations to large panels of experts and communicate to influence and achieve consensus around technical topics. Develop call models and debug issues. Demonstrate technical skills in 3GPP mobile networking technologies and network virtualization. Contribute to 4G and 5G network architecture, protocols, and applications including mission critical services and cloud technology. Design and troubleshoot 4G, 5G, LTE, and IMS networks call flows. Utilize cloud native technologies including Openstack, Kubernetes, Network Cloud and ECOMP, scaling, and resiliency concepts. Perform automation using CICD technologies for continuous delivery of probing solutions. Utilize IMS call flow expertise on debugging live production or lab issues and patriating on the root cause analysis. Design new requirements and change requests for existing designs or call flows.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Engineering Physics and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three(3) years of experience in a related occupation developing call models and debugging issues; demonstrating technical skills in 3GPP mobile networking technologies and network virtualization; contributing to 4G and 5G network architecture, protocols, and applications including mission critical services and cloud technology; designing and troubleshooting 4G, 5G,LTE, and IMS networks call flows; utilizing cloud native technologies including Openstack, Kubernetes, Network Cloud and ECOMP, scaling, and resiliency concepts; performing automation using CICD technologies for continuous delivery of probing solutions; utilizing IMS call flow expertise on debugging live production or lab issues and patriating on the root cause analysis; and designing new requirements and change requests for existing designs or call flows.
