Role Overview: As a Lead Digital Customer Growth Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving AT&T’s digital customer growth across a diverse portfolio of products and strategic initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape and execute digital strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in both new and established markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen and a holistic understanding of digital ecosystems, enabling them to identify growth opportunities, optimize execution, and support AT&T’s larger business objectives.
Reporting to the AVP of Digital Strategy, you will operate as a connector, strategist, and executor—bridging product concepts, digital campaign planning, and customer experience to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product, marketing, analytics, and digital teams to identify, strategically define, and prioritize growth opportunities across AT&T’s digital channels.
Lead cross-functional workstreams to translate business objectives into actionable digital plans, including campaign development, content creation, and digital capabilities
Assess and address digital readiness, identifying and closing critical gaps to ensure successful launches and ongoing performance.
Serve as a business-minded advisor and liaison between product development, marketing, and digital execution teams to drive cohesive customer growth strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics, using insights to optimize future initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Champion digital innovation and best practices, keeping AT&T at the forefront of customer-centric growth strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in digital growth, product marketing, strategy consulting or GTM roles within digital-first organizations.
Demonstrated ability to work across digital campaigns, content strategy, customer experience, and business operations.
Strong business/financial acumen and analytical skills, with proven experience driving business results through digital initiatives.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
Experience in telecom, SaaS/subscription products, or related fields preferred.
Familiarity with agile frameworks and a fast-paced, results-driven culture.
