Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for emerging technologies, including cloud, AI/ML, IoT, and automation, to support organizational goals.
Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier agreements to ensure favorable terms, cost effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
Manage Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with security controls and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with BU stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with technology needs, provide cost analysis support, and facilitate technology adoption.
Optimize Costs and Manage Risks: Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize procurement costs, and manage risks associated with technology sourcing to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues.
Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
