What You'll Do:
Adoption Strategy Development: Create and continuously refine a comprehensive Salesforce adoption strategy tailored to the unique needs of AT&T Business Sales and Sales Support teams. Identify opportunities, challenges, and metrics for success.
User Engagement & Enablement: Lead and coordinate multifaceted enablement programs, including interactive training, workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions, designed to build user confidence and competency at all levels of the organization.
Utilization Measurement & Reporting: Define and track key adoption and engagement metrics. Develop dashboards and regular reports for leadership, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for targeted intervention.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Establish feedback loops (surveys, focus groups, direct outreach) to understand user challenges and pain points.
Partner with Salesforce product teams, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements and optimize user experience.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key leaders, managers, and user groups.
Act as the primary point of contact for adoption-related inquiries and escalations.
Change Management: Design and execute effective change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions, minimize resistance, and foster a culture of enthusiastic Salesforce adoption. Develop communication plans, champion user communities, and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Advocacy & Communication: Serve as a credible evangelist for Salesforce best practices, sharing success stories and promoting platform capabilities across the Sales and Sales Support community.
Business Process Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, IT, and other stakeholder organizations to ensure Salesforce processes, workflows, and reporting align with evolving business objectives and user needs.
User Community Leadership: Foster an active Salesforce user community, encouraging peer-to-peer learning, knowledge sharing, and continual skill development.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience with AT&T Business Sales or in large telecom or enterprise sales environments.
5+ years of experience driving technology adoption or change management in large, complex organizations, preferably in Sales or CRM environments.
Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce (Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, reporting, dashboards, and mobile).
Strong understanding of sales processes and how CRM tools drive sales effectiveness.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all organizational levels.
Analytical mindset, skilled at interpreting data and driving actionable insights.
Proven ability to influence, motivate, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Project management experience; able to handle multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
Self-directed, collaborative, proactive mindset.
Nice To Have:
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent) highly desired.
Understanding of relational database concepts
Familiarity with additional Salesforce modules (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
Experience leveraging digital adoption platforms and learning management systems.
Demonstrated ability to tailor communications and training for diverse audiences, including remote and field-based users.

Reduction in support tickets and “workarounds” as users become more self-sufficient and proficient in Salesforce functionality.
Accelerated onboarding and ramp-up times for new Sales and Sales Support team members.
Improved data quality and CRM hygiene, supporting more accurate forecasting and reporting for leadership.
Consistent delivery of innovative enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
Our Principal System Engineering, earns between $141,300-$211,900 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
