Develop scalable and efficient technology solutions for AT&T business customers that address their business, application, and communications needs, while meeting business requirements and aligning with organizational goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Solution Design and Development: Design and develop scalable, efficient, and cost-effective technology solutions that integrate smoothly into the customer’s environment. Create architectural blueprints and documentation that outline system components and their interactions.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyze customer requirements, assessing solution alternatives based on tradeoffs in cost, performance, reliability, and security. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Technical Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with sales, network, and operations teams to recommend appropriate solutions and ensure seamless implementation. Manage solution design with internal and external suppliers.
Customer Interaction and Communication: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide technical expertise. Demonstrate strong customer interface skills and technical credibility in a sales environment. Document solutions in proposals and present them to customers at both working and executive levels.
Project Management and Industry Knowledge: Manage multiple projects simultaneously with greater autonomy. Maintain a baseline of industry knowledge to advise on technical trends and techniques. Support project managers in planning, estimating, and tracking project progress.

Our Lead Solutions Architecture, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
