Overview
GrowthHub is a new platform designed to help ATS employees unlock their full potential. Job Summary
The Senior Data/AI Engineer will architect and implement advanced data infrastructure and AI models to enable scalable and intelligent solutions across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, data engineering, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and AI/ML models.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to operationalize machine learning solutions.
Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval systems for performance and scalability.
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and AI system issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Significant experience in data engineering and machine learning model development.
Proficiency with Python, Spark, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Kafka, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable AI systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Our Senior Data & AI Engineer, earns between $116,700.00 - $196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
