As a Lead UX Designer your tasks may include, but are not limited to, Design and optimize user experiences for acquisition, care, or product across all platforms, utilizing various graphics software applications, techniques, and tools to ensure intuitive and seamless interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions, design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetic principles.
User Research and Information Architecture: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors, develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product, and determine optimal layout, media, and technology based on client requirements.
Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions, contribute to the design group’s efforts to enhance digital offerings, and independently manage multiple projects.
Usability, Accessibility, and Documentation: Ensure that designs comply with usability and accessibility standards, create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, and maintain security and documentation standards, including quality and accuracy.
Continuous Improvement and Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes and analyze performance to drive future design improvements.
