Lead Tech Product Mgr. needed by Cricket Wireless, LLC in Atlanta, GA[Hybrid Position] to be responsible for guiding the development and execution of innovative products by ensuring they meet market needs and align with the company's strategic vision. Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction. Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Facilitate clear and effective communication across departments to align on goals, progress, and challenges. Gather and define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure that requirements are well-documented and communicated to development teams. Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure that product solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with architectural standards. Collaborate with engineers to address technical challenges and make informed trade-offs. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Ensure that products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights by ensuring that products meet user needs and deliver value. Use data-driven approaches to measure product performance and inform continuous improvement. Mentor and develop junior product managers by fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the product team. Lead by example by promoting best practices in product management and technical leadership. Lead the development, operations, and launch of complex technical products. Apply understanding of product management methodologies including Agile and Scrum. Guide cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments. Leverage data and perform analysis to make informed product decisions using tools including Splunk, Informatica, Jenkins, Jmeter, Postman, and Hoppscotch. Utilize product management tools including JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Mural, Miro, ADO, and Apptio.
REQUIREMENTS:Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation leading the development, operations, and launch of complex technical products; applying understanding of product management methodologies including Agile and Scrum; guiding cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments; leveraging data and perform analysis to make informed product decisions using tools including Splunk, Informatica, Jenkins, Jmeter, Postman, and Hoppscotch; utilizing product management tools including JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Mural, Miro, ADO, and Apptio.
Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered, or 3 years of experience in a related occupation leading the development, operations, and launch of complex technical products; applying understanding of product management methodologies including Agile and Scrum; guiding cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments; leveraging data and perform analysis to make informed product decisions using tools including Splunk, Informatica, Jenkins, Jmeter, Postman, and Hoppscotch; utilizing product management tools including JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Mural, Miro, ADO, and Apptio.
