The Lead Solution Architecture - Supply Chain Systems at AT&T is a strategist, customer evangelist, and passionate about business and technology execution. This role focuses on defining and executing critical future supply chain capabilities, including BOPIS and last-mile delivery optimization.
Job Responsibilities
Defines vision and strategy for ecommerce fulfillment capabilities such as last-mile delivery and BOPIS. Leverages customer feedback and stakeholder input to enhance customer experience, such as improving BOPIS usability and delivery accuracy.
Translates business needs into technical feasibilities, using data and ROI analysis to guide decisions. Drives improvements in cost, speed, reliability, and sustainability across the supply chain.
Collaborates with Business units and Engineering to translate customer and operational needs into well-defined product requirements and scalable cross-platform solutions. Advocates for customer-first thinking across internal teams.
Owns execution and delivery, supports pilots, betas, and go-lives for capabilities such as last-mile delivery, BOPIS improvement or WMS automation.
Aligns cross-functional teams, resolves priorities, and communicates strategy and roadmap updates to VP/EVP/C-level stakeholders.
Education and Work Experience
5 years' experience in supply chain, technical program management, solution architecture, or product management
Expertise in supply chain, logistics, and supply chain systems (WMS, TMS, OMS, 3PL).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across business and executive audiences.
A blend of customer empathy, commercial insight, deep technical acumen, and delivery leadership.
Deep knowledge in supply chain processes and supply chain technologies such as WMS, TMS, OMS, and 3PL platforms.
Experience delivering products in retail, logistics, or CPG environments.
Our Lead Solution Architect earn between $128,400 - $192,600 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
