Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, creating strategic alliances and partnership programs, and developing strategies for expanding distribution and driving growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:


• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive short and long-term strategies to drive market growth, penetration, and achieve business objectives, including specific initiatives for new and existing products, services, and verticals.
• Program and Project Management: Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of strategic initiatives and programs, including the launch and communication plans at the national and market levels, ensuring alignment with market and business needs.
• Partnership and Alliance Management: Establish, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances, negotiating engagement terms to enhance market presence, drive revenue, and support mutual goals, while continuously assessing partner needs and business drivers.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and provide detailed data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize market strategies, and improve program effectiveness, including competitive analysis and market trends.
• Compliance and Collaboration: Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive results and innovation.

• For this role, responsibilities include:  Develop a multi-year Device Returns product and systems roadmap. Ideate, create, and define product strategic opportunities and enhancements for Device Returns product development, system enhancements, and technical solutions. Works with Finance and Analytics team to develop and build business case and modeling. Define and develops technical and product requirements and uses cases for solutions and rep/customer experiences with vendors and key ATT internal teams like Tech Dev, IT, Network, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Customer Experience, Customer Advocacy, Finance, and Sales Channels to successfully launch product and technology updates successfully with a high-quality customer experience. Executes and leads the launch of product and system implementations with uses cases, system validation testing, and post-production testing with TechDev, Trade-In Vendor, and Operations. Additionally, leads lifecycle of Device Returns product including identifying new product and service enhancements, competitive analysis, customer experience opportunities, etc…

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
