As a Specialist Sales Exec S1 Mobility MM your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at customer site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to/from the customer premise for sales activities; providing subject matter expertise on technical sales issues; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals/presentations/bids, including developing pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions/sales; researching/developing solutions with AT&T external partners, including design/engineering; researching customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revenue Generation: Generate new revenue by selling AT&T strategic products/services in buildings with pre-deployed network assets like Fiber/Ethernet multiplexing. • Technical and Negotiation Responsibilities: Verify and update AT&T technical architecture and fiber assets and manage relationships with property managers to secure solicitation rights. • Client and Team Collaboration: Interface with customers and account teams to serve and approach clients effectively, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing building penetration. • Performance Metrics: Achieve sales objectives based on new revenue, customer satisfaction, and return on pre-positioned network assets. • Local Engineering Collaboration: Work with local engineers to leverage new architecture for a superior customer experience and identify, propose, and close sales opportunities.
Our Specialist Sales Executives earn a base between $48,300 - $72,500 + $45,000 in commissions with a total target compensation of $93,300 - $117,500. Our most successful sellers can overachieve up to 500%. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.

A mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to mid-size sales with direct on-going supervision. Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory. Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities. This job code may apply to both exempt and non-exempt employees depending on state requirements.
