As a Senior Network Process & Quality, you will be responsible for leading network performance by analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing quality management programs and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides safety, health, or environmental information to supervisors and work groups
Keeps records of lost time accidents and prepares relevant reports
May also be responsible for DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance where applicable
Implement hazardous waste control and disposal activities, including training, collection, disposal, and records maintenance, as well as conservation programs within the organization
Ensures adherence to government environmental, health, and safety regulations
Performs audits or surveys and advises on corrective actions where occupational or environmental hazards are identified
Assists Managers in completing required Safety Competencies and Observations
Addresses emergencies, investigates accidents, and suggests corrective measures
Files necessary federal, state, and local government reports concerning environmental, health, or safety matters
Adheres to standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data to obtain answers
Enforces company policies and procedures to address various issues.
Handles problems of moderate complexity where analysis of situations or data necessitates a review of diverse factors
Uses judgment within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Administers the Hearing Safety Program
Conducts C Class Operator reviews and coordinates training for both new and current employees
Performs annual SPCC reviews with employees and completes the SPCC e-Routines
Manages Certificates of Financial Responsibility
Oversee Safety Training, assisting EHS, L&D, and AK Training Coordinator
Required Experience:
3 - 5 years' experience; certification is required in some areas
Desired Experience:
Strong Microsoft Excel experience a plus
Environment Health & Safety experience a plus
Hands-on observation of team for safety a plus
Desired Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Computer Sciences or Operations
Environmental Requirements:
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Our Senior Network Technology Engineer earns between $96,000 - $144,000 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
