About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing complex projects for IAM platforms. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to quickly organize projects and drive them forward as the details of the plan are developed, understanding of Identity and Access management methods and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful completion of the project scope.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build out project details.
Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Hold team members accountable for their tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of work.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and resources to stay within allocated limits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the IAM or IT sector.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to diplomatically hold team members accountable for their work without being abrasive or dictatorial.
Collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with SailPoint connectors and standard configurations.
Understanding of SaaS user provisioning policies.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with SailPoint or other IAM platforms is a plus.
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is desirable.
Proficiency with MS Project and other Microsoft tools is a must.
Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SailPoint and Workday is a plus.
Job Contribution:
Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.
Education:
Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security.

Our Lead Cybersecurity, earns between $128,400-$192,600 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
