Our Air Force Team supports our Nation’s warfighters, providing strategic support to the USAF in cyber operations, intelligence and electronic warfare, network engineering, software development, and operational test and evaluation for the full spectrum of Air Force operations.

AT&T has an opening for a System Administrator 2 to support the US Army Engineer and Research Development Center (ERDC) , in providing cyber/IT-related capabilities. This support will also provide technical expertise in developing, deploying, and managing solutions exclusively to Federal Government clients’ business needs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Config/deploy infrastructure devices, app supt, liaison supt for VoIP.
  • Tier 1: Device connectivity to SDP, IDS, IR tracker, Domain Ctrl
  • Tier 2: Endpoint Sec Solutions, ACAS Sec Ctr, Customer supt tracker, RADIX (GOTS), Ops CS Framework (OCF), RHEL patch servers
  • Ops: Net Diagrams, HW Inventory, Admin Security, Sys Admin, ACAS supt, Remote Ops
  • Security: Vul/Patch Mgmt, Maintain Update Sch, Infras Security Compliance, IAVA Compliance, Sys Availability, RMF Compliance
  • COOP: Business Cont, Secure Backup, COOP Exercise Supt, Coop Maint plan, Test Sys Qtrly, New Cape Acquisition, rpt Net outages
  • Issue Tracking: Ticket Generation, Gov Comm on issues, Issue Priority, Pri 5 weekly updates, CST updates
  • On-Call Supt: Critical, high, medium, low priority and responses
Required Clearance:
Applicant must be SECRET. US Citizenship is required (#secret)

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 yrs experience and specialized training in ACAS and HBSS to include Information Security Continuous Monitoring and Insider Threat.
  • Experience support cybersecurity service provider certification and/or subscription validation efforts.
  • Experience with ISCM tools and ISCM TTPs.
  • Insider Threat training
  • BA/BS Degree desired
