Sr App Sales Exec 4 MGD/MOB SEC

This specialist sales position (ASE4) is responsible for selling complex/technical Cyber security products, services, applications, and/or solutions to customers in order to solve their strategic business needs for cyber security and enterprise risk reduction.  Enterprise security solutions are a high priority for the company and the ASE4 role generates sales and stimulates/supports the sales efforts of others leveraging product, industry, and/or technological expertise. The ASE4 manages and coordinates the sales and technical team in support of the sale of the company' s highly complex security portfolio while demonstrating broad technical knowledge of company’s products and new and emerging application services within the assigned industry vertical. The ASE 4 typically works independently within their industry community without significant supervision and is viewed as an expert in the field by both the company and the customer in order to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions for highly critical and complex projects. The ASE 4 will support or close sales with account-assigned industry Account Managers and will identify and close additional opportunities in cooperation with assigned vertical account managers. The ASE may occasional assist less experienced peers if situation expertise is needed. The ASE for will meet or exceed goals in their assigned territory for both: monthly new sales metrics and total billed revenue.
Education: Typically requires a Bachelors’ degree.
Experience: Typically requires a minimum of twelve plus years of direct work experience in advanced technology sales and solutioning
Supervisory: No

  1. Well-rounded Security background selling complex Security solutions and/or Security Consulting services
  2. Experience with Healthcare Technical Sales (Providers, Payers, Integrated delivery Networks)
  3. Participation in security communities of interest and continuing education
  4. Security Industry Certification preferred - Eg: CISSP, GIAC/GSEC or other
