Our overall EIS support team provides onsite and remote/cloud support for call-center and other required support endeavors.  We work with both voice and data vendors to combine and provide the most effective and proficient solutions for the DOS communities.  DOS supports some 80+ Domestic and 285 +/- locations globally and requires constant support for our Nation’s Diplomats.  This also includes providing, operating and assuring critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of diplomatic operations.

AT&T has an opening for a Business Analyst-Cleared supporting the EIS CPMO office at the US Department of State in establishing their CPMO efforts for future operations and strategies.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Collect Cloud Service Provider (CSP) invoice documents and detailed billing reports
  • Prepare (CSP) monthly usage reports
  • Track contract funding balances and billing periods of performance
  • Price customer requests using online calculators and information as needed
  • Participate in CSP and other acquisition proposal response content development as needed
  • Manage Program Office’s, Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) documentation
  • Help build and improve business processes, workflow efficiencies, data collection, and the metrics necessary for measuring the business
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
  • Interfacing with clients to define user requirements and to discuss issues, questions, and project status
  • Understand system capabilities and how the capabilities can meet the client’s business objectives
  • Assesses program initiatives and requirements to assist in the preparation of annual budget estimates
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed
  • BA experience with cloud solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or equivalent related field experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant, cloud implementation experience
  • Experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage cloud functionality
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops
  • Demonstrated experience as part of a team that implemented enterprise level cloud applications
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to be able to work on tight timelines
  • Team player

Required Clearance:

Top Secret or Current Secret and Clearable to TS    (#secret) (#topsecret)
