Billing Manager (Government)

AT&T primary point of contact for all EIS financial billing matters. Work with PM and Implementation Manager to execute transition of billing plans to the new EIS task order. Responsible for coordinating and executing billing plans with the DOT COR and contracts office. Work with DOT, the PM, and AT&T to identify and resolve all billing matters in a timely manner. Responsible to execute and deliver financial billing reports as required. Responsible for generating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly transition billing reporting as required by COR, GTR, and PM.

Required Skills, Certification, Experience, and Education: 8 years of progressive telecommunications billing experience, Master’s Degree (or Bachelor’s with 10 years), 5 years of verifiable customer relationship management.

Required Clearance: Public Trust

Desired: 10 years MS Excel, 10 years MS Word

The software defined network which we are building is the newest technology and AT&T has been involved since early 2000s. You have a great deal of autonomy at AT&T as long as you get the job done. You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.
