Program Administrative Assistant (Tysons)

This position provides administrative support primarily to the PMO but may also provide some support to the overall program. 

This individual should have relevant experience providing administrative support to a technical program and the management personnel associated with it.  A complete working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of tools is required.  In addition, this person will be required to keep the schedule and appointment calendars of multiple individuals as well as interface with senior customer officials.  Mature, independent thinking and decision-making is required.



Candidate must have a total of 8 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School diploma and 8 years of work history, or an Associate’s degree and 6 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience, or a Master’s and 2 years of experience or a PhD and 0 years of work history.

MS Office skills must be excellent.

Required Clearance: TSSCI with Polygraph.

The software defined network which we are building is the newest technology and AT&T has been involved since early 2000s. You have a great deal of autonomy at AT&T as long as you get the job done. You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.
