Technical Support Representative

Our Technical Support Representatives start at $16.52 per
hour ($661.00 per week/$34,372 annually) with increases every six months until
you reach TOP pay. 
Additionally our management team offers up a
supportive environment which motivates team members to grow professionally
whether as an individual or as a team.


Call center days of operation are
Monday-Sunday; ideal candidates must be available and flexible to accommodate
in-bound call center hours of operation. New hire shift: 1PM to 10PM, including weekends.

You’ll also gain an amazing benefits package with

You’ll answer inbound calls from customers with billing issues, technical issues or general questions regarding service and offer customized solutions and provide service for millions of customers – one at a time.

What does it take to deliver best-in-class service and technology? Excellent communication skills, professionalism and a desire to provide first call resolution.
You’ll handle customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades. While you offer solutions and resolve issues. Your consultative approach to customers’ needs will deliver personalized recommendations of AT&T products and services.

I loved working at AT&T

Pros

Great people, great pay, great advancements, great work environment. I can't say anything bad about the company but I wish I had never left. My family moved to another state.

Cons

None. No Cons. None I can think of. I have worked in Georgia and Florida at At&t call center and the energy and excited may be a bit much for some. I love it.
