Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of marketing platforms and communication programs to increase brand equity/attribution and the preference of company products and services through the utilization of various marketing and advertising vehicles by executing media plans that support the advertising and business goals. Responsible for implementing the best mix of media channels with a focus on identifying and optimizing digital platforms to find the most cost efficient and effective way to reach target audiences. Will have specific responsibilities within specific business units, with an emphasis on digital, social and performance media. Collaborates with corporate leadership, multiple business units and support functions, global marketing organization, marketing/advertising/sponsorship agencies, and external partners and properties to provide insights and guidance for the selection, procurement, and marketing of strategic corporate partnerships. Responsible for all aspects of marketing communications for sponsorship platform(s) and/or program(s). Oversees the development, execution, and monitoring of integrated communications programs on behalf of a specific business line in support of the strategic business objective. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Require considerable working knowledge of other major areas and skill to integrate and communicate that information. Evaluates impact on strategic marketing communication planning objectives and strategies. This position is considered an expert within the marketing communications discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization.

Education: Typically, Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Typically, 5 - 8 years of experience in a related field.
