Xandr is looking for a Senior Manager Operations to join our Sydney office team. The Senior Manager Operations serves as a strategic and operational business partner with the JAPAC (Japan, Asia Pacific and Australia & New Zealand) Leadership Team. Influences strategic direction and drives business productivity, efficiency and operations through innovation and relentless execution. Leverages technology solutions, system enhancements and process reengineering to streamline and improve operational efficiency. Drives people and organization capability improvement through integrated reward and training processes. Develops and applies data-driven metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness at thefunctional, regional and global level. Provides function-specific and/or cross-functional support to enhance business operations effectiveness and efficiency.

About the job:
While this employee will be based in Sydney, s/he will support the entire JAPAC region with the operations manager duties including:

• Business Operations (40%)
- Provide operational support to the Commercial & Services teams to drive productivity
- Prepare documentation for tracking team projects that highlight progress against strategic initiatives
- Capture meeting notes and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Maintain the team calendar and communication
- Ensure the JAPAC team is aligned with the NYC headquarters for trainings, events and operational deadlines
- Plan and execute significant team events throughout the year (offsite conferences, team socials, management summits, etc.)

• Administrative Support (40%)
- Own administrative responsibilities for the AU Managing Director
- Research and propose a range of solutions to achieve business objectives in line with company policies and culture

• Office Management (20%)
- Support the day to day of running a regional office through execution of traditional office manager duties
- Order and maintain office supplies, catering, furniture and IT equipment
- H&S and Fire risk management across JAPAC
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Liaise with building/facility management, maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Manage office sundry/catering/supplies budget
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
- Manage on-boarding process for new hires in JAPAC


Qualifications

About your skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrable office management experience including
- People management
- Budget analysis
• Basic knowledge of software programs, including Windows and MS Office applications; must be familiar with Outlook calendaring
• Speaks and writes clearly; communicates effectively with diverse audiences
• Poised, professional demeanor; works well with both internal and external clients
• Strong attention to detail across all assignments and activities
• Sound organization and time management skills; must be able to multi-task
• Ability to make independent decisions and work within a highly collaborative group
