AT&T has an opening for Program Manager to support NCIS, in providing support to NCIS with ability to securely conduct their mission and meet a multitude of critical IT challenges by providing quality customer service to NCIS’ geographically dispersed, unique workforce in a resource-constrained environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Overall manager for the contractor effort who will serve as the Contractor's authorized point of contact with the Contracting Officer Representative.
  • Responsible for managing scope, budget, schedule and performance.
  • Provides direction, prioritization, coordination, and conflict resolution while managing project teams that accomplish project objectives.
  • Senior-level project manager with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of technical and technical support staff for Government customers in the information technology domain.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work with all levels of management.
Required Clearance:
This position requires the person(s) to be eligible and adjudicated to Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance level at contract start (#topsecret)

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of fifteen years of intensive and progressive experience working in IT or engineering industries.
  • Demonstrated ability of managing at least 40 or more IT professionals in diverse locations and with duties commensurate to those defined in this PWS.
  • Greater than one year managing complex organizations of which he/she had total responsibility for the financial success of the organizational unit.
  • Demonstrated project and risk management skills including ability to manage multiple priorities, resources, customers, and managers with a focus on consistency and accuracy.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Project; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience with NCIS. Prior AT&T employee preferred.

I believe in AT&T and know they are at the edge of technology. The company believes in their people and offers all kinds of training to enable us to take on new jobs and to stay at the front of technology. The software defined network which we are building is the newest technology and AT&T has been involved since early 2000s. You have a great deal of autonomy at AT&T as long as you get the job done. You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.
