Senior Access Intervention Management Specialist - Japanese Speaker


Carrier Performance Management & Site Implementation Manager for Service Delivery and Assurance in Japan.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Interface with Carrier Executives on Performance review, Manages Escalation and Expedites, Work on Delivery and Assurance Intervention (Orders and Fault Tickets)

Act as the primary interface for AT&T customers (both internal and external), AT&T business partners and all relevant AT&T internal departments during the circuit installation.

Responsible for order processing and order tracking as well as the co-ordination of all internal (Project Implementation Managers, Sales and Engineering Teams etc.) and external (Customer, telecommunications carriers & partners) project coordination activities.

Key Competencies and Skills:
Networking and Telecom Experience, Bi-lingual (English and Japanese), Excellent Communication and Written Business Skills

Education and Qualifications:
Degree Holder in Telecoms and/or IT Networking, at least 5 years experience in Telco Industry
