We’re growing our team here at AT&T CyberSecurity and looking to add a proven growth Manager, Technical Sales Engineering to our team! As the Technical Sales Manager you will oversee growth, execution, and development of a team of dynamic and high impact CyberSecurity Sales Engineers. You are an SE at heart and are a master of impactful demos, presentations, and hands-on technical work for key accounts. You will help us build teams that can execute today and grow to meet our future needs. You are a people leader and support high performance, teamwork, and are passionate in supporting our velocity sales team to achieve its goals.

AlienVault has recently joined forces to create the new AT&T CyberSecurity. As a member of AT&T CyberSecurity, you will be entering an exciting growth stage company as we strive to provide Phenomenal Threat Information, Detection, and Security for customers worldwide!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of your team of Technical Sales Engineers
  • Resource management - assign projects, accounts, and meetings with sales engineers as required, and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Hire, train, and develop phenomenal Technical Sales Engineers
  • Work as an individual contributor to key accounts as needed or requested
  • Coach and develop Sales Engineers on AT&T CyberSecurity products and overcoming technical objections
  • Participate in technical sales calls, and contribute to creating sales and evaluation strategy at the account level
  • Engage directly with customers in technical or sales escalations, and drive issues to resolution
  • Provide technical leadership and product expertise to the team as well as the larger sales organization
  • Measure & track KPI’s for team/unit success, while delivering a superior client experience
  • Develop & elevate Demo’s & POC’s to be impactful to customers and drive organizational success

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 10+ years in Technical Presales with emphasis in Cybersecurity 5+ years experience in a Technical Sales people/team management capacity
  • Proven track record of leading & developing teams
  • Competence working at OS command lines including Unix, Linux, and Windows command prompts
  • Experience with cloud technologies including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure and their log collection methods such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail and Azure Activity Log monitoring
  • Experience in network security practices including NIDS, Firewalls, Web Proxy
  • Experience in virtualization technologies including VMware, Hyper-V
  • Experience with web servers and common relational databases used in today's application architectures. Ability to understand SQL
  • Exceptional presentation, and listening skills, including credibility and business maturity to provide high-quality input to senior management
  • Experience in regulatory compliance: HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
  • Bonus: CISSP and/or CCIE certification
