We are seeking an Operations Specialist to handle fulfillment, sales, and finance operational tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The basic duties of an AT&T Operations Specialist is to manage the flow of the workplace and optimize day-to-day activities in Fulfillment, Sales, Support, and Finance, which results in a high visibility role that has many duties that include
  -Delivering AT&T’s Virtual, SAAS, Cloud, and Hardware products
  -Manage Hardware logistics with customers and partners by obtaining shipping information, filling out all domestic and international forms, and processing any required certifications
  -Quality control all orders to ensure they fit within our product and revenue defined guidelines
  -Track and manage reports to determine where improvements can be made in business procedures
  -Create, manage, and fulfill renewal contracts working closely with AT&T Customer Success Reps
  -Assist other departments with change as the liaison between all departments to achieve a cohesive end result
  -Manage customer RMA’s with a high level of customer service and within contractual obligations
  -Assist current customers with deployment changes, migrations, and recording the changes accurately in our records
  -Must be able to communicate effectively in writing to various stakeholders when orders are in different stages of an order status · . Reviewing all orders for compliance
  -Special projects as required and performs other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Netsuite and/or Salesforce experience 2+ years preferred
· Order Administration 2+years preferred
· Demonstrates great attention to detail and ability to adapt
· Displays exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting cross functionally within the organization.
