The Strategic SaaS Partner organization will be responsible for growing revenue for AT&T by executing on a new sales motion with AT&T’s strategic SaaS partners

Key Roles and Responsibilities:  This role is responsible for building / maintaining relationships with key SaaS client leadership, lead account support team and overlay sales resources.  Responsible for executing on Sell to and Sell With positioning strategies with assigned SaaS clients.  Responsible for working closely with AT&T support organizations and customer leadership to drive client satisfaction and grow the overall client relationship.  

Leads in presenting products, services and solutions that are sold to and with assigned SaaS customers. Demonstrates / maintains complete extensive knowledge of AT&T’s and the SaaS partner/s product / service line. Works with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, priorities to deliver valuable solutions to grow overall client relationships.  Owns SaaS partner relationship and responsible for meeting sales objectives. Demonstrates sustained record of sales achievement. Effectively influences customers and partners to diffuse potential problems. Aids in devising sales plans / strategies.

Develops strategic initiatives to grow / retain the revenue stream of most complex accounts / projects. Acts as team lead when presenting portfolio of products / services to customers. Works on critical / large / most complex / high visibility / strategic / tactically vital customer engagements.

Education: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree. Experience: Typically requires five to eight years of direct work experience. Supervisory: No.
