AT&T openings for 3 people to support NAVWAR, PMW 146, in providing IT Service Management guidance/execution for the MUOS program.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide support/recommendations to the Navy Communications Satellite Program Office, PMW 146, regarding the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) ground network transition to an IT Service Management (ITSM) construct.
  • Make recommendations and review/comment on MUOS prime contractor transition plans.
  • General program support to include attending Program Reviews.
  • Interface with the Program Office and Prime contractor regarding MUOS ITSM efforts
  • Provide ServiceNow ITSM implementation knowledge
  • Provide ServiceNow Event Management configuring and implementing expertise
Required Clearance:
Public Trust and clearable to Secret (#none)

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience, 2+ yrs working in the ServiceNow platform in an Admin/Developer Capacity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using ServiceNow Flow designer, JavaScript, and Java development. ServiceNow ITOM implementation knowledge and ServiceNow Admin Certification
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with PMW 146/MUOS and/or NAVWAR/Navy programs and procedures.

I believe in AT&T and know they are at the edge of technology. The company believes in their people and offers all kinds of training to enable us to take on new jobs and to stay at the front of technology. The software defined network which we are building is the newest technology and AT&T has been involved since early 2000s. You have a great deal of autonomy at AT&T as long as you get the job done. You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.
