AT&T is a prime contractor on the SITE III IDIQ program for the Department of Defense.  AT&T won the SITE III IDIQ in 2021 and anticipates award of a large enterprise IT WAN Task Order in 1st quarter FY 2023.  For the Chief Information Office (CIO), the Task Order provides IT managed services for a Government TS/SCI network modernization program focused on specific technologies and hardware needed to operate the wide area network, or highway, that enables TS/SCI communications.

AT&T has an opening for a Risk Manager to lead risk management planning to play a critical role within the JWAN organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Leads risk management planning to play a critical role within the JWAN organization.
  • Reduces and mitigates risk by developing and implementing innovative products, guidelines, processes to create low-risk service delivery for JWAN customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Perform detailed Risk reviews of JWAN contract to support Task Order execution
  • Serve as centralized contact and liaison between project staff, subcontractors, and the Government to communicate risk-related requirements, policy, and procedures supporting Government work
  • Manage program documentation including receipt of Contract and PWS work tasks and other documents to develop Risk Management approach
  • Maintain Risk Management Information System (RMIS) inclusive of all essential project related documents, schedules and mitigation

Required Clearance:

TS/SCI with poly (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 10 years, a Bachelors’ and 8 years, a master’s and 6 years or a PhD and 2 years of relevant work history.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills; organized, detailed, and deadline-driven attitude towards risk
  • Team focused and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • High level of personal accountability
  • Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills, shown ability to lead teams through risk management phase and remediation
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including ability to establish positive and productive working relationships across the program and customer stakeholders                                       
  • Possesses documented Risk Management Training and Certification
  • 7 years Risk Management experience
