 Prepare comprehensive written reports and presentations based on research, collection, and analysis of information assurance data and maintain associated databases. Perform assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identify where those systems and networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. Document and monitor information assurance programs and computer network systems for compliance of continuity, operations security, forensics, regulatory compliance, insider threat detection and mitigation, physical security analysis (including facilities analysis, and security management). Assesses and mitigates system security threats and risks throughout the program life cycle. Validates system security requirements definition and analysis. Establishes system security designs. Provides input and guidance of security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures to accomplish network security. Verifies security requirements; performs system certification and accreditation planning and testing and liaison activities. Supports secure systems operations and maintenance. Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment

Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Bachelors in computer science or related engineering discipline; eight year experience of increase responsibility in DoD system/software development and considered subject matter expert in assigned related technical area.

Required Clearance: Top Secret with eligibility. Must have held an active TS/SCI position within the past 24 months and be willing to take a polygraph if required.

Desired: Hands-on experience with Air Force Cyber Situational Awareness Weapon System (C-SAWS) and Cyber Command and Control Mission System (C3MS)

I believe in AT&T and know they are at the edge of technology. The company believes in their people and offers all kinds of training to enable us to take on new jobs and to stay at the front of technology. The software defined network which we are building is the newest technology and AT&T has been involved since early 2000s. You have a great deal of autonomy at AT&T as long as you get the job done. You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.
