Configuration Management, Specialist (Government)

Responsibilities:
Provide configuration management planning and tracking implement data management, contract data requirements to include scheduling all submittals, providing status for program integrated teams, preparing metric status charts as required, track software and hardware baseline versions, problem reports, deliveries to field, licenses, and tools. Assures 100% traceability, repeatability, and accountability for configuration items. Oversees configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits. Regulates the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software. Maintains configuration management for DOD development, tools, etc. Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Develop technical solutions to problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Must be able to work across distinct but overlapping projects. Good communication skills to effectively work with multiple teams and customers in multiple geographic locations

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
Bachelor’s in computer science or related discipline; 8 years of DOD configuration management experience; Security+

Required Clearance:
Top Secret with eligibility. Must have held an active TS/SCI position within the past 24 months and be willing to take a polygraph if required.

Desired:
Experience working with Cyber ISR Analysis and Fusion Engine (CAFÉ)

I believe in AT&T and know they are at the edge of technology. The company believes in their people and offers all kinds of training to enable us to take on new jobs and to stay at the front of technology. The software defined network which we are building is the newest technology and AT&T has been involved since early 2000s. You have a great deal of autonomy at AT&T as long as you get the job done. You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.

I really have little negative to say about AT&T I have worked here for 35 years on March 23rd of 2016.
