Description
Senior System Analyst – will be responsible to lead
cross-team projects of substantial technical complexity for the Xandr
Advertising and Analytics Technology team supporting Billing and Clearinghouse
capabilities. Initiatives include Xandr Billing Migrations to XUB – Xandr
Unified Biller, New Billing Ventures and Billing Ecosystem
Automation/Integrations: Collections, Credit Management, Master Data
Management. Responsibilities include: Client/Operations Interface, Primary
System Analyst for XUB Product and Account Structure requirements, System
Configuration and Validation, Process Requirements, Addressing Vendor Gap List
and SLAs, Production Stability and Deployments.
The landscape and industry you will support functions at a unique and
aggressive pace and cycle.
Qualifications
Skills / Disciplines:
Aligns business needs and defines system requirements and technical
specifications, with a technical architecture and end to end solution
Translates customer and product requirements into actionable projects and
technical objectives
Collaborates cross functionally to coordinate action on challenges
Serves as point person and resource for team to address complex or sensitive
escalations
Implements with an Agile methodology and full knowledge of the SDLC
Industry Knowledge:
Advertising technology, products, services, information
Proven track record for delivering large-scale billing convergence/integration
efforts
Receivables/Payments/Collections
Credit Management
Broad Vendor System Knowledge and Familiarity

Good experience overall. Colleagues were very helpful. Atmosphere was chilled out and there was no rush to complete the project. Was given ample amount of time to understand the project and contribute.
Cons
People are laid back and don't take initiative to do something new or optimize existing stuff. It's not primarily engineering company so if you know how to talk, you will go far longer in career.
