Program Manager (Government)

Manages a program consisting of approximately 60 personnel providing cyber security services for the Marine Corpse Enterprise Network. Responsible for program schedule, cost, and performance. Performs quality assurance on all deliverables prior to delivery to the Government. Monitor and controls all work conducted on the program IAQ CMMI Level 3 processes. Serves as a line manager with functional responsibilities including employee assessments, training, time cards, and annual reviews. Writes the program management plan. Responsible for program transition and onboarding of employees. Manages subcontractors.


Additional Information:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related Technology field. At least 7 years experience in IA technology or a related area. At least ten years of experience managing a contract/task order of similar size, scope, and complexity. At least five years’ demonstrated experience supporting a C4 environment. Active PMI PMP, Information Assurance Technician (IAT) level III (CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH) Certificate, and Computing Environment/Operating System Certficate (such as Microsoft MCITP: 2008 Enterprise & Server Administrator or MCITP: 2008 Server Administrator and/or CISCO CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), or CompTIA Linux+.)

Required: Position requires Top Secret security clearance at start of work.

Desired: ITIL v3 certification.

I believe in AT&T and know they are at the edge of technology. The company believes in their people and offers all kinds of training to enable us to take on new jobs and to stay at the front of technology. The software defined network which we are building is the newest technology and AT&T has been involved since early 2000s. You have a great deal of autonomy at AT&T as long as you get the job done. You have the ability to do different jobs and to be challenged at all times.
