Senior – Technology Security
This position is part of the Marketing,
Advertising, and Content (MAC) data-sharing platform that resides within the
Chief Data Office of AT&T advertising and analytics. The MAC
cloud-based platform combines AT&T's unique consumer data and growing
content data assets and enables data sharing across business units in support
of marketing, advertising, and content intelligence related use cases.
Overall Purpose: Responsible for the
development, implementation and oversight of security, privacy, security and
related risk management policies and programs and works with key stakeholders
to enable the power of data through scalable, programmatic platforms and
Key Roles and
· Researching best-in
class privacy, security, and compliance controls as well as developing,
recommending, documenting, and enabling the implementation of policies, data
use cases, procedures, and controls to enhance customer trust and unleash the
power of data;
·Acting as key interface
between the MAC technology staff and other cross-functional stakeholders such
as Legal, Corporate Compliance, Privacy, Brand and External Affairs across the
AT&T family companies;
·Leading data governance
approvals for the MAC team;
governance, security and privacy programs and initiatives (including risk
management, third party, consent management, data tagging, metadata management,
business continuity, retention/disposal, access, incident response) and
managing risk and program/platform maturity;
issues, documents end-to-end privacy and security program components, and
supporting technology audits;
and reporting with technical writing skills and providing readouts on comprehensive
privacy and security KPIs;
and adherence with security, privacy and related policies, contractual
obligations, and legal requirements; and
·Providing privacy and
security training and awareness.
degree required; MBA, JD or other advanced degree preferred. Industry privacy
(e.g., CIPP-US), security (e.g., CISSP), or audit (e.g., CISA) certifications
are a plus.
At least 3 to 5 years of
Strong presence with
extensive experience communicating with leadership and cross-functional teams. Advanced
knowledge of the regulatory and self-regulatory environment within the telecom
and advertising ecosystems, as well as experience in developing or advancing security,
privacy, and compliance policies. Ability to think outside the box and inspire
cross-functional teams to enable innovative, data-powered solutions. Ability to
manage multiple work initiatives and exercise good judgment as well as balance
risks in ambiguous and complex situations.
